This is what happens when states are allowed to kill journalists with impunity. They carry on doing so.
The Committee to Protect Journalists (@pressfreedom.bsky.social) displays integrity and courage with this statement today condemning Israel's attack on Iranian state TV — and connecting it to Israel's sense of impunity after it killed 200 journalists in Gaza, with little international outrage.

Vitally important research by @jbgallopin.bsky.social coming out of a region of Sudan where it is so hard to gather the facts from because of limited access and connectivity, allowing abuses to occur in virtual silence.

The BBC keep doing this. This isn't true. This is straightforwardly wrong in law. The ruling *only* applied to the Equality Act 2010. Trans women are still legally women for the vast majority of purposes! That's the whole point of the Gender Recognition Act.

I've put in a complaint. So can you.
