For once I’m not the one ranting about fireworks on social media. I still wonder why explosives are sold to general public though. No need at all. Oh well. I used to enjoy this night when I was a nipper, up the local display with Ma and bro. 💥

James Stevenson has been in almost every band there is, including Holy Holy with me and my dad (and Woody Woodmansey and Glenn Gregory and some other cool kids)! And was still in Chelsea a couple of years ago when they toured.

Nice try, but what these articles miss is that Alexander Technique can really help you how to learn to sit, stand and move in the best possible way. 'Good Posture' is making the best use of yourself, whatever shape you make.
