I finished a Christmas romance I had started reading *last* Christmas season and while I feel accomplished and like I can do anything, this isn’t helping me sort through the books on my TBR

I’m my D&D party’s resident bard and scribe. And I typically like writing all my notes by hand in my special character journal. But it would be really nice to be able to ctrl + f important information sometimes

So…just a book series readers are invested in? Romance as a genre is fine without “help” from venture capitalists.
I’ll say this much: This reads exactly like what it is: people who discovered romance five years ago and decided they had all kinds of amazing new ideas to “fix” it. Connections between books? That feel kind of cozy to the reader? How did no one ever think of that?? www.nytimes.com/2025/11/13/b...

Are you an “apple cider as late as possible” person or an “eggnog as early as possible” person? Cause I’m the former, my husband is the latter, and now we have two half gallons of each in our fridge.

October reads were appropriately spooky and monster romance-y. Yes I read Mate twice. I finished the book then immediately started the audiobook 😅

I just want a cute red sweater to wear for holiday purposes. Not orange-red. Not tomato red. A nice deep, classic red. And that’s proving more difficult than I anticipated.

There’s only a month and a half until Christmas. If this impacts Christmas Eve Seven Fishes dinner, the Italian Americans will riot.

Truly wild that it’s November and for the first time in a long time I haven’t heard anything about novel writing. I know the organization had a looot of problems and things were handled extremely poorly, but I did love hearing about everyone’s WIPs throughout the month. NaNo is truly dead.
