Audience culture is the worst it's ever been, I swear to god. People forgot how to act. I'm at the theater, trying to enjoy my show, which I've paid GOOD MONEY for, and these two old assholes are in the balcony heckling the life out of the poor bear onstage. Not letting him finish a single joke.

A nice unintended consequence of having to go to the grocery store is that I bought the things to make a nice charcuterie board to snack on just for us. Meats and cheeses continues to be my love language.

I need to make a ton of cranberry sauce today not for tomorrow but because I’m baking it into other things and I FORGOT THE ORANGE JUICE. I guess I’m running to the grocery store the day before Thanksgiving. Pray for me.

PAXU Day 3! Definitely moving slowly today, but have played great games and got some swag from some cool booths. Dice bought: Just 2! I got this set of d6s cause they fit thematically with my Masks character and, though our game is ending soon, I’ll always remember when I was briefly Nimue.

I’m my D&D party’s resident bard and scribe. And I typically like writing all my notes by hand in my special character journal. But it would be really nice to be able to ctrl + f important information sometimes

So…just a book series readers are invested in? Romance as a genre is fine without “help” from venture capitalists.
I’ll say this much: This reads exactly like what it is: people who discovered romance five years ago and decided they had all kinds of amazing new ideas to “fix” it. Connections between books? That feel kind of cozy to the reader? How did no one ever think of that?? www.nytimes.com/2025/11/13/b...
