We shouldn't be ignorant to what is happening, but we shouldn't fall victim to the flood the zone approach.

Go volunteer in a forest preserve. Read a book. Attend community events.

I've been in a state of panic and nausea for two weeks, which doesn't help anyone. Some of you are the same.
