I always found the show 24 problematic, because it always seemed like there was such massive corruption (and terrorist) embedded high up in government. I didn’t realize they were just trying to warn and prepare us. Where is Jack Bauer now when we need him most?

Seems like every day I see news stories about people who are shocked that the fuckwad they voted for is doing what he said he would do, and they are shocked at how it is hurting them. Sorry, I don’t have empathy for them.

I am really losing my ability to empathize as I read story after story about a Trump supporter now realizing how worse things are getting and how things they care about are being targeted. Seriously, this didn’t come from no where, it was quite clear what would happen if that POS returned to office.

It took far too long to set up the new tv, which involved multiple software updates. I miss the plug and play simplicity of the bygone years.

Since I’ve returned to social media, I am definitely finding myself to be more of a lurker, enjoying the posts but not as willing to put myself out there. So much deep-seated body issues and shame, I suppose.
