The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency said that they recorded about 3.4 million trips (Feb. 2- Feb. 8) on Muni during Super LX and events in the city. The weekdays averaged nearly 550,000 trips taken.

The San Francisco teachers strike is over as the school district and teachers union reach tentative agreement, a $183 million deal increasing educators salaries and health care benefits in a two-year contract.

Schools will remain closed Friday, with classrooms open again on Wednesday.
