99% of the time a dog turns up at a farm/remote property it's a dump by their cruel, disgusting owners. I've been in animal rescue/welfare for over 30 years and as soon as I saw the caption I knew what was coming. A pox on anyone who can inflict such danger and trauma to an animal. 😥

You are wholly uninformed on this topic and wrong about every point in your post. Please do a basic search on the history of the negotiations for the project, how it was financed, who signed off on the project, and what the long-term operations/revenue management plans are.

Just FYI, major construction of the bridge is already complete and they've moved on to the next phase of development (testing and commissioning). Barring any major BS from Mango Mussolini, the bridge will likely open soon (the late 2025 date was pushed back to "early 2026").
