ICE remains out of control.

We cannot let the status quo continue and must hold to our demands.

No more taxpayer dollars until they stop abusive tactics, Congress puts enforceable guardrails in place, and we see accountability for the cruelty and chaos.

SCAM: By delaying or blocking clean energy, they force the grid to run expensive fossil fuel plants. You pay more for electricity, but the money goes to Trump’s corrupt fossil fuel donors. Trump pays his donors back with your money.

Was proud to stand with my House colleague Rep Batista
who eloquently spoke about Alex Pretti on the House floor today as we adjourned in his memory.
The House adjourned this evening in honor of Alex Pretti, the ICU nurse killed by federal agents last weekend. In addition to my resolution condemning ICE's unconstitutional tactics, my colleagues and I are working to introduce laws to protect Rhode Islanders from ICE's thuggish abuse of power.

• Red State Texas has about 2.1 million undocumented immigrants

• Red State Florida has 1.6 M undocumented immigrants

• Blue State Minnesota has 130,000.

And yet only Minnesota is being occupied by masked thugs over "immigration."

It's *not* about immigration.
