The Harvard Political Analytics Conference looks like it has some great speakers, but it's really disappointing to see 23 men and only 4 women on the program. You don't have to go to any special effort to think of several excellent political analysts who happen to be women.

Is there any evidence that Net Promoter Scores are still effective? Are there people out there who answer this thing a) at all or b) honestly, except when they're mad? I feel like I get one of these emails from some company or other every few days, and if I'M not even willing to respond, who is?
