(I will add that unless you love talking in the phone so much you want to have to do it twice, be sure to ask them to remove BOTH the duplicate room AND the duplicate parking garage fees.)

Heard some MFF folks had errors in their hotel bills & can confirm if you stayed at Embassy Suites & asked to see the bill b4 midnight the last night there, your bill might have said last night & parking charges in it twice.
Call the # on the receipt to get a human that will fix it right away.

Update: Safely home, car unloaded, time for food & rest bc it’s back to the office tomorrow to see what fresh horrors the users have wrought upon the database in my absence.

Also the lady behind me tried to order an iced latte & it turns out their ice machine was ALSO broken bc they ran across the concourse & filled a bucket w/ice from the pizza place’s soda machine.
I can only assume the MFF exodus preceded me on the turnpike & exhausted supplies.

Ah, excellent, best of luck to you as well! The big cons tend to be a bit of organized chaos but the staff know their stuff & tend to make sure it all makes sense on the ground/in person.
