This raven mask is finished, and I think it may be one of my favorite ceramic pieces I’ve made so far! I had never really seen ravens until I lived in San Francisco, where I love seeing them everywhere.

Oops, I meant to take more process shots of this raven face mask I’m working on. It took me most of a week to sculpt and paint. The colors might look quite different after firing. I can’t wait to see the result!

Here’s how the tiger mask came out. It has loops on the back so it can be hung on the wall. The colors aren’t exactly how I wanted and there’s a small crack in the mouth, but it was a fun challenge!
