Spots open whenever existing jobs are closed to keep my queue/workload manageable
I’ll be opening a spot tomorrow morning when I share a finished job, and should be wrapping up the next round of 3-4 orders over the next week
On average I would say I open a spot a week atleast!

Someone on twitter mentioned it’s the polarizer? These are 3 layers, the touch module layer, polarizer then lcd? You can buy polarizer film on amazon so since nothing to lose on the bad bad screen I might take apart and see what I discover

Unless it was put in backwards at factory, this thing had definitely never been opened before…
That said I wonder if I could find a polarizer film and replace it, even if it’s touch screen?

The other one not only can you see the burn in shape similar to this one but it’s also shot some kind of physical damage like the liquid crystal leaked?

Welp, it’s indeed alive now but the LCD is way more ‘bruised’ than it seemed, now that something is shown on screen
Not sure a fix for that given the other units screen is completely toast

Unfortunately while I got this to work, it’s got a horrible screw bruise and I’m not sure a fix for that 😔

I have 2 minty Japan model 2's getting a bunch of refurb and upgrades I will be trying to find a home for once I can get to them
