Our Founding documents (especially 1st Amendment) was written by and for rich white guys. But these documents really are great and we’ve often not lived up to the expectations that were penned for different reasons they never could have predicted.

Founders were rationalists. They mostly didn’t worship Jesus (who also was not white, and loved diversity). the Founding Fathers were diverse, but they were generally influenced by deist thought:
