We do need H1B reform to make sure companies don’t abuse H1B to undercut American labor and to stop exploitation of H1B workers by letting workers quit jobs without losing their visa.
This won’t do either of those. What this will do is create chaos for employees and employers.

I agree with Cruz, but notice how he is too scared to name the actual culprit: Donald Trump. Carr is going after free speech because Trump wants it.
And he’s wrong about Dems abusing this power. When Dems were in power, we could have done what Trump is doing now. We didn’t.
