He apparently found the entire witch from Mercury series on youtube. I have set this kid down some paths I did not intend lol
Played Gundam TCG with my nephew directly led him to discover Gundam kits, so I think my sister is going to send me to hell.
It also led to him downloading yugioh master duel, so I'm going to double hell

Vsav having more sign-ups than Tekken at any point in the registration phase is amazing lol
SF6 has totally consumed the FGC. I'm happy a fighting game is mainstream again, but the number difference with other FGs is honestly depressing.

Asked for tea pot for christmas, received tea pot.
Now realizing making tea in a pot is so much less efficient for a single person than a cup tea infuser because instead of steeping one serving of leaves twice, i have to steep two servings of leaves once.

I'm not sure there are actual, effective measures you can take as a dev against it. IP bans are not particularly effective, reliable report systems are hard to create and verify. The best way to handle cheaters, imo, is to simply not care terribly much about online play

The solution to cheaters in fighting games is simply to not rematch them, i've never understood any concern about it

"we USE ai, but our game wont CONTAIN it" is a clarification that no one has ever cared about & now CEOs are using it as a wedge to get their foot in the door as a part of a long term plan into normalizing AI, just like how 'it's just placeholder' was used with E33. dont cede even an inch of ground
