Cmdr. Feral’s niece Felina is on the force. He mentions if he booted her off the force, his brother would never speak to him, plus she’s too good an Enforcer. She is drawn very human like and some fans crack theory is Felina’s parents are Paula Abdul and a cat man who resembles Feral, MC Skat Kat!
