Bought a LARQ bottle. When activating, app asks if it's a 680ml bottle or a 1000ml bottle, and what's the color.

Honest question: do some/all podcast hosts slow down podcast audio?
I might be biased because I usually listen at 1.5x (at least), but I've listened to a few episodes at 1x and they got me thinking "there's no way that person naturally speaks that slowly on a podcast"…and one of the guests was me!
