What would you (instinctively) do if you really want to cancel the case?

a) headset / headphones / earphones
b) external speakers
c) laptop speaker

and if it's b) / c) do you use as mic:

x) desktop mic
y) webcam mic
z) laptop built-in mic

? (And why, if you have the time.)
