People should not have weapons of war. A gun that shoots someone from 2 football fields away is just that. Maybe just maybe let’s just please try to give gun control a try and see if we can reduce the amount of people, young and old, senselessly dying of horrific gun violence.

One day after the Supreme Court lifted the ban on racial profiling, federal agents swarmed a car in Van Nuys.

Four masked agents with guns drawn yanked people out, slammed them to the ground, and pointed a weapon at a pregnant woman.

There is no justification for this. None.

Remember: The recipe for economic growth isn’t tax cuts for the rich. It’s investment in our people — in health care, infrastructure and education — to build a strong middle class.

You don't grow the economy through trickle-down nonsense.

RFK Jr: It's gonna be the biggest infusion of federal dollar into rural healthcare in American history

BERNIE SANDERS: Yeah. You know why? Because you're cutting $150b for rural hospitals, you're putting $50b back. That's not an infusion. That's a loss of $100b.

The 100 lowest-paying US corporations spent $644B on stock buybacks from 2019 to 2024.

Buybacks artificially boost share prices and inflate CEO pay.

The typical worker at these companies earned $35k last year.

Meanwhile, the average CEO was paid $17.2M

See the problem?

It’s really scary living in a country where one person thinks he can be the judge, jury and executioner, as opposed to believing that everyone is entitled to due process under the law.
U.S. forces could have stopped the boat that officials say was carrying illegal drugs from Venezuela to the U.S. on Tuesday, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, but President Trump chose instead to destroy it to send a deterrent message to traffickers.
Trump ordered strike on suspected drug boat to send a message, Rubio says
The administration has not provided a legal authority or justification for the attack Tuesday that killed 11 people.

I know I’m just a dumb lawyer in a blue state, but is anyone else struggling to understand how the S. Ct says it’s ok & w/in a Pres’s authority to commit illegal acts in his official capacity, but it is not within a President’s authority to help student borrowers facing predatory interest rates?

The milennial population is the most left leaning because each of the 3 republican presidents in our lifetimes have crashed the economy, started a war, and accelerated the wealth disparity weakening the middle class.

I lost a friend this week to suicide. I hadn’t seen her in 2 years. I am ashamed that I had no idea about her struggle. I wish could to go back in time and tell her the battles I have faced and fight through daily, and let her know she’s not alone. Let’s stop the stigma. #MentalHealthAwareness

Yes—character matters.

Yes—technical innovation does not excuse moral bankruptcy.

Yes—we must choose better role models for our children.

I agree with every word.
