Maybe dropping the dose of my SSRI wasn’t a good idea, I dunno… just struggling feeling any optimism about ANYTHING lately.

So a decade ago, I was diagnosed as a diabetic, my A1C was almost 13 and I was a few points away from being hospitalized for high blood glucose 500+
Today my A1C was 5.2 and we are talking about decreasing some of my medications. I haven’t used insulin since July. I’ll take it.

I have had a torn labrum in my dominant shoulder, worked with it injured for months. It SUCKS. The surgery sucks, and the recovery sucks. The PT afterwards and getting the range of motion back took over a year. Still hurts to sleep on that side. I hope Walker has a good outcome. 😭😭😭
