this was an absolutely wild year for me. although i had a lot of setbacks and a lot of things that do not lend themselves to year end threads (travelling, hanging out with good friends) i also did some work that i'm really proud of. here's a thread of it!

the thing about youtube "best practices" is that 1) i do not actually want people to engage with my work if they can't do that unless something changes on screen every 6 seconds and 2) i don't think that's actually real

i keep getting recommended this youtube video and i haven't watched it because i was like "oh that's an interesting subject i should do my own research and see if it could become a pitch." then earlier i was looking for some old writing and found an entire thing i had published on it in 2021
