The day was gloomy and our path was blocked up Cecelia Forest by a fallen tree but we still had fun on our mini hike

I spent my first day of leave redoing my website. It was a lot of fun problem-solving and figuring things. I don't really know what I'm doing in design and other things, so that might be the next problem to dig into. For now, I'm satisfied that it's an improvement from before

My fellow ADHD people, the health app on iOS is magical for remembering meds. I’m new to this medication game but the reminders have been so helpful especially because it will ping me later on if not logged. I also have a checklist for leaving the house so I don’t forget things. Mornings are chill 🧊

I also love letting a book go if I’m not enjoying it. I stopped needing to finish everything I read
Reading should be a joy and not a chore. If you're not in the mood or can't find just the right book, it's okay to take a break. I've never been a constant reader. We all have our own unique relationship with books. And, books are always there when you're ready for them.

I don’t use Spotify just because I prefer a different music app. A lot of my friends and people online have been complaining about their Spotify wrapped this year. Part me wonders how much the layoffs had to do with it. Or did they they try some AI this year 🤔

Every time I wear these more than one person gets excited and asks me where I got my laces. It’s proof that everyone wants to have fun and “growing up” is filled with myths. For the record it’s kids laces from Dischem

I figured out how to import my tweets over to Bluesky. It gave me the juice to finally deactivate my Twitter account. I didn’t want to lose the fun I had.
