My fellow ADHD people, the health app on iOS is magical for remembering meds. I’m new to this medication game but the reminders have been so helpful especially because it will ping me later on if not logged. I also have a checklist for leaving the house so I don’t forget things. Mornings are chill 🧊

My mom purposely gave me a "male sounding" name because she didn't want me to be rejected for job opportunities before they had the chance to interview me (80s context). This is now my life for all general enquiries 😂. Very helpful when I'm trying to sell things online

My granny B turns 90 years old today! She is such an inspiration, still happy and healthy. She was a career woman who didn't care about social norms. Currently, I can't reach her on the phone to wish her because she is on vacation living her best life 😁
