Totally agree. My take is I hope and expect we’ll be better in 25 but seriously contending for a Series isn’t unrealistic. But being impatient now will cost us.

On one hand, I understand why the Red Sox didn't wanna break the bank for a free agent this Winter, at the very least for the long term. Too many question marks as to who is gonna be ready was a factor and you dont want anyone blocked.
