2025 has come and will soon leave, but for now here is an art in review for the year. Any month with no art I placed a picture of my cat Lenore instead. August is my favorite for this year for sure.

A month by month art recap for Jaxoline in 2025. January had no art, so instead there is a photo of a domestic medium hair black cat named Lenore on the back of a couch looking up February is a digital drawing of Lenore the black cat trying to swat at tri from the legend of zelda echoes of wisdom March is a watercolor painting of medusa in a big floppy black hat with a pink bow looking back at the camera. Her pink dress has an exposed back that reveals her spine with snakes swirling around it. April had no art so Lenore the fluffy black cat makes another appearance May shows a pokemon fisherman fishing on route 12. In the background a magikarp is being caught by a different fisherman June is a snippet of a parody painting of the royalty free for all cast in the A Friend in Need painting. Lilith is looking shocked at her hand of cards. She sits between Oliver twist and Sakura July is from an art fight attack of two magical girl characters. One character is falling upside down off of a sun like planet while the other magical girl reaches out from her planet that is cracking. August is a watercolor painting close up of hydrangeas. There is a bee on the hydrangeas September is of various citrus that have been partially peeled for cocktails October is the mirror of twilight from the legend of zelda twilight princess. Within each mirror shard is the dungeon entrance where link finds the shard. November is a watercolor painting of a dragon on a skyscraper overlooking a highway full of cars December is of a mermaid being pulled in a little red wagon while she blows bubbles

Made some silly holiday creatures 🎄
Many cartoon cats and rats made out of crayola air dry clay. Several rats are candy cane themed and all of the cats have package ribbons on their heads. The clay critters are standing on holiday presents already wrapped in colorful red, green, and white designs

The mirror of twilight from The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. All four pieces of the mirror are within the frame, but are still broken into four shards. Each shard of glass illustrates the entrance to a dungeon where a shard is obtained. In the bottom left is arbiters grounds, top left Snow Peak Ruins, top right Temple of Time, and bottom right is the City in the Sky. Around the mirror are twilit symbols such ad the ones found in the portal between Hyrule and the Twilight Realm. Art was made in a 5x8 sketchbook with watercolor, ink, gel pen, and marker. This piece of art was made for day 20 in the Linktober 2025 calendar for Broken, like the broken pieces of glass from the mirror.

Noki Bay from Super Mario Sunshine in the Nintendo Gamecube. The scene is a view from around where Mario spawns into the world. The painting also depicts Noki Bay before you clean Eely Mouth’s teeth so Noki Bay has gross poisonous purple water. Several of the tall towers can be seen in the image as well as the tall cliffs of the area. Painting was made with watercolor in 2021 A scene from Under Pianta Village from Super Mario Sunshine on the Gamecube. You can see the branches from the tree that lift and hold Pianta city in the air. Many large mushrooms reside under the village and cover up the thousands of feet drop that if Mario falls down he will lose a life in the game. Some mushrooms hanging on the trees have also been painted on as an additional touch. Painting was made with watercolor in 2020

Image was made for Inktober 2019. The theme of the day, day 12, was Dragon. Link standing at the entrance to the Palace of Twilight from the Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess. Midna in Imp form floats by his side. Both of them have their back to the camera and are looking up at Twilit Carrier Kargorok. Painting was done in Clip Studio Paint in 2021
