I dropped one of my infant children onto a tiled floor whilst trying to open a bottle of wine. It was 20 years ago but that's a wake up call you don't forget. They're fine now, just a little slow. But maybe they always would have been.

The Nazis used the term "Lying Press" (Lügenpresse) to discredit and censor all dissenting media, simultaneously targeting journalists, and seizing, and giving their political allies control of news outlets to crush any opposition.

Just mentioning that now for no reason at all.

“I’ve always been convinced that it’s a universal tragedy. It’s not one more Middle Eastern conflict. It’s a laboratory of a post-UN world, of a post Geneva convention world, of a post-declaration of human rights world, & this world is very scary because it’s not even rational. It’s just ferocious."

Am really looking forward to this - if you're interested in archive research, ghost stories or even my insane story as to how I overcame a decade of homelessness and heroin addiction to get to where I am today, please buy a ticket!
If you love your Xmas ghost stories, then we'll be hosting an online launch for this new anthology of fearful festive tales that were almost lost to the mists of time... ILLUSIONS OF PRESENCE is here, and you can join us for some spookiness on the 18th December! www.eventbrite.com/e/illusions-...

#ICYMI, my answer, which is FILTH.

Playing with fantasy: I need you to fuck me in the ass
"Later today, I *need* you to fuck me in the ass." A hot story about a fantasy I whispered while riding his dick. And advice on what fantasies are for.

Fantasies don’t have to lead to plans, or cast-iron commitments: they’re toys you can play with however you want.

NEW blog: a fantasy I whispered to someone while we fucked, and possibly @stuartcb.bsky.social’s hottest picture yet 👌

One of my Go-To Cultural 'Bibles' back in the 80s. It was nice to find that someone was actually writing about that stuff outside of the late-70s Sounds music-paper, Chris Bohn, etc.
Their film book literally rewired my brain, though - showed me stuff I never even knew existed.
And we can’t forget Industrial Culture Handbook from 1983 by Re/Search publications, and covers the early industrial music & art era. Fun stuff for weirdos. 😉
