In an effort to break my habit of visiting the old placr, I've put a 45 seconds block on it, a note saying "Don't support Elon" and a link to open Bluesky instead.
Hopefully in here much more and there much less. It's turned into a bot filled right wing extremist hellhole.

Not that I'm surprised "soulless corporation A" has used AI to generate its Christmas ad, but it does make me a little... Sad.
I've no issue with AI in aid of creativity, I often run ideas through it to clarify scattered thoughts.
But by definition it created emotionless imitations of humanity.
