FYI our group is still going strong! I haven't completed any projects but I made half a dozen friends so it's a win. 🧶
About a month ago I posted on our towns subreddit asking if there was a local knit/crochet group and we organized one! Today is our second meeting. Bonus: it’s in the library! 🧶📚

Don't forget that Zohran Mamdani spent his entire campaign standing proudly beside the trans community. He went to trans rights rallies just to show support. He proudly waved trans rights flags without hesitation. He refused to back down in support of trans rights. That makes me happy.

Y'all, as a kid who grew up food-insecure, plz don't do this. There is nothing more demoralizing as a little kid than being reminded of your family's poverty. We looked forward to Halloween bc it was the 1 chance to be like every other kid and get access to treats the food banks never gave out.
I don't know what's worse, the fact that I'm surprised by this headline or the fact that I probably shouldn't be:
