I’d love some help from my fellow insomnia people. For years, I haven’t slept well. Maybe between 3-5 hrs of bad sleep a night. Last few months, I’ve had several nights of around an hour of bad sleep including 3 in the last week. What has helped you? Gummies? Sleep aid? Anything?

Just went to turn off my son’s light, and saw he hung a primary certificate on his wall. For 1 second, I thought, “awe”. Then, the 14 years I’ve known him entered my brain, and knew that’s not him, so I removed said certificate, and then thought, “that’s more like it”. 🤬

@craicdave.bsky was VERY kind to me, and hooked us up with some nice tickets tonight, and some other accesses. Super pumped to be here, and cheer on my Utes. I promise my son is also excited, but he’s 16, and I was lucky he even took this picture with me. 😂

My wife’s school does an Angel tree every year. This year, there are massive needs, & there’s no way they’ll all get filled. If you want/can help, we’d certainly welcome it, and make sure some of these families get the help they need.

I don’t get people who left twitter,
to come to bluesky for a better experience, but still post snapshots of twitter on here. Just let go. It’s a social media app. If you don’t like it, that’s great! But, just leave it. You are allowed to feel joy, and not be stressed.

My heart continues to be heavy this last week. So many of us, seem to be carrying around so much pain, and anger, that we can’t wait to jump on someone else for it. Please let go. This world is beautiful. People are beautiful. Part of that beauty is our flaws. ❤️

Fans crack me up. There’s nothing better than scrolling after a win. It’s the best. But, there’s nothing funnier than scrolling twitter after a loss. The amount of crazy that’s out there, is so fantastic. People be wild. 😂

I’m a few minutes behind on the hockey game, but that 3rd period was an absolute blast. 3 goals. Playing a man down for 11 minutes, 2 men down for 2 minutes, and didn’t give up a goal. What a freaking gem.

I love this! We love to travel. We have an RV, and hit the road often. Nothing too crazy, but we have blast in it. Also, I take super crappy pictures, so my apologies for that. 😂
