Yeah, I have less than no interest in ambien. And, I’ve heard from many they melatonin can cause grogginess and headaches. I think I’m going to try valerian root first. If that doesn’t work, I think I’ll look at CBD, or possibly an edible with THC, if I can get a card.

I know that’s a huge part of it. I’m in 100% go mode from 6 am to 10:30 pm. There are no breaks. So, by the time the day ends at 10:30, it’s hard to turn off.

I’m sorry he’s dealing with it too. That’s a lot for someone who is young, and already going through so many changes.
