celebrates his FIFA award with an act of terrorism. Whilst tankers ply their trade with Russian oil and contraband against international law, with impunity, Venezuela seems to me on Trump's hit list. Their offence - having a left wing leadership. I am not saying that Venezuela is a paragon of virtue - far from it, but in terms of evil I doubt that it is in the top 10 - but it does have the advantage of being militarily weak - ideal for a bully like the orange peril. The idiot was boasting that the tanker was one of the biggest in the world - with a crew of unarmed sailors.

WOMEN

The stats are horrific. All statistics are suspect but between 25% and 30% seems average for what a woman receives as annual income compared to men. And also the top 50 richest individuals received 8.51%. Fucking madness! Who does most of child rearing - our future - women.

I guess this is to be expected as at least western Europe tends to be centre-right wing most of the time with liberal social tendencies. The EU is twice the size of the USA population wise and has a far greater diversity of people and environments. The USA has forever used migrant labour to increase its power. However Europe has the brains, manpower and market to compete. Europe will eventually compete with US companies and will stop the drain of profits.

I have noticed that many people see things differently, whether it is Aaron who is colour blind or relatives. Take a football match - Chelmsford City played W-s-M and the away team won 2-0. I saw the highlights and thought City were a bit unlucky - someone else said City were "awful". Footballers are increasingly being measured in many different ways. Mo Salah is castigated after not scoring for a few games. Not everything can be measured - confidence, luck for instance. And this is where my thoughts on AI come in.

Funny how 7-10 million of us managed to gather all over the country without a single violent incident that was not instigated by MAGA. But the minute a few hundred of us gather to protest ICE we turn into violent rioters who need to be pepper sprayed?

Smells like, complete and utter bullshit.

This time of year is so bloody expensive…

Must be those bloody migrants again

Making our food shops extortionate

Rinsing us for heating our homes

Privatising the shit out of our childcare

Creaming off our mortgages and rent

Bastards.

My dad abhors any negative comments about immigrants. Asked him recently why he’s so strong on it: ‘Because we’re always happy to take the rich and clever ones. Which means it’s not about disliking immigrants. It’s about disliking the poor and vulnerable. And that’s a bad human instinct.’
This is so disgusting.

Forstt off the drugs - the governenment makes millions from a tax on alcohol and tobacco; and probably more from unpublicised drugs. So the pseudo-honest man talks bollox. Second - Nato has blood on its hands. It has been used as a political tool by many a POTUS.

Not me - although my children might disagree! No, the World Cup Draw. The obnoxious obsequiousness (2 long words in a row!!! YES!) by Gianni Infantino towards the Orange Man Baby who wore a medal like a 4 year old at play school who got a sticker for not poohing themselves. 2 hours of nonsense, and often no translators when the speaker was speaking using Portuguese. The we had stars from other sports doing the draw itself (eventually) - who thought that a good idea? All in all it makes the FIFA World Cup much less attractive.

The then-Prince Louis landed on the Isle of Thanet, off the north Kent coast, on 21 May 1216, and marched more or less unopposed to London, where the streets were lined with cheering crowds. But what I liked was his honesty and his views on just about everything. Including a new definition of the difference between a million and a billion "A million minutes ago was January 2024, a billion seconds ago was during the Roman Empire!". Also the fact that a committed Jew could castigate Labour for being complicit in genocide in Gaza was heartening given Strmers perfidy.

Trump interprets words to his own interpretation. He claimed that Bill Gates had said that climate change was a hoax - he did not. He merely said that whilst itwas a major problem the emphasis should be business innovation (where he has huge investments!). With huge areas of the planet facing ecological breakdown there would seem to be a need for concerted action at all levels. Areas threatened with breakdown include the Amazon rainforest, destabilisation of Antarctican and Greenland ice caps and changes to the oceans. On an immediate level we have had significant floods in Pakistan and China and Hurricane Melissa and tropical storm Fengshen in Taiwan.
