One of the things I’ve always been proud about my passport country is that we don’t have an official language. I’ve told people abroad about this many times to their great surprise. Yes, English is great, people who come want to learn it, and we should help them. We should have no official language.

Dinner at Major Market in Zuni tonight. Crispy brussel sprouts, w/ golden raisins, toasted walnuts, bacon, and balsamic. Topped with steak. Cup of clam chowder. Homemade eclair. Delicious.
Zuni was a food desert when I started Nomad. Now, I can get an Americano in Zuni and this restaurant is good.
