If you’re finding yourself doomscrolling and spiraling into tunnel vision, this meditative practice has helped me:
I set a timer for 15 minutes, close my eyes, and count my breathing. Inhale, exhale. If a thought comes up, I accept it, and let it go. Inhale, exhale.
