I remember when Albo was in Tassie during our 2018 election campaign when state Labor promised to rid pubs of pokies. Far from backing his state colleagues. Albo talked up the community benefits provided by clubs despite every single poker machine being owned by one mega rich Sydney family.

Just had a dispute with chat GPT which denied John Wesley ever married. Poor Molly. Not only the usual misogynistic denigration but an outright denial of her existence. Eventually bot conceded “ Yes — I misspoke earlier when I said John Wesley never married” . But what does “misspoke” mean Mr Bot?

According to the Productivity Commission, writers giving away our property to big corporations will increase productivity. But so would giving away any other input - land, labour etc. Why should writers, artists and musicians alone be denied protection by the state?
