I guess therapy has done its work, today I had my last session with my therapist, I was sad and cried a bit, but the sadness didn’t dragged all day like it used to.
I’ll miss seeing him, but I’m so thankful for all his work and help. He’s one of the people I owe to be less messy ☺️☺️☺️

This feeling of loneliness is hitting hard this afternoon…
I finished watching the Glee episode honoring Cory, last time I rewatched I stopped watching because of Naya’s death, reason why now it hits harder.🥺
I feel I also needed a good cry, I haven’t really cried (just teary) since last year,😭so this helped.
I still need more but for now this will do. 😮💨🥹

My therapist cancelled my appointment for today because he is not feeling well, one part of my says, yai lunch nap (WFH) and so sad that he is sick, but the other side says: bummer, I really wanted to have therapy today.

Yesterday was my first time going inside the Wrigley Field, I went with an special request that I was able to fulfill. There was also a booth for first timers to get a pic with the mascot. Even that I left before the game ended, it was kind of fun, but not sure I’ll be doing it again anytime soon.
