I made risotto today, first time and it was actually pretty decent. It's not as hard as they say you just have to add the stock slowly and be patient with the stirring. Family loves it so I will be making more in the future.

Thinking of the failure of Melania's movie laundering scheme and Kid Rock's halfwit show leads me to remember Earthdawn for some reason. There, every character had some artistic ability so that they could prove they were not Horrors in disguise.

Thinking of the failure of Melania's movie laundering scheme and Kid Rock's halfwit show leads me to remember Earthdawn for some reason. There, every character had some artistic ability so that they could prove they were not Horrors in disguise.

I think one of my design quirks is that I shy away from things like feats or class features in favor of situational or gear related abilities. I feel like feats and powers make players lean too solipsistic, while more external or temporary abilities encourage interaction with the game world.

Doing a more serious project in Godot, a neuron circuit builder. Got this far and decided to change course entirely with a different design for the same thing. Going with a building blocks approach instead of this freeform thing.

If you were running Delta Green or Call of Cthulu and had the suspects date the suicide announcement before the actual "suicide", your players would complain about it being too obvious. "No one would do that, mystery is too easy."
