I do not like the precedent this #pardon sets. True, Trump doesn’t need precedents for the corrupt and anti-democratic things he’s going to do, but it gives him ammunition to justify them and convince a sizable portion of the population that he’s “just doing what they did” 🙄

Contrary to what some people might think, I haven’t left Jesus. More importantly, thank God, Jesus hasn’t left me. If I’ve left anything it’s a version of Christianity that, upon reflection, could not contain the experience of Jesus I’ve had.
