There are lots of things private sector companies do to extract profits from NHS resources, but "insourcing" has to be one of the worst.
With very little effort, the NHS could do the same job without paying extra to those private companies.

US chicken is chlorinated because America has no animal welfare laws where poultry is concerned. It has to be chlorinated because Salmonella and e. coli run rife
