A “temper tantrum” after a flareup is so tempting (I have Crohn’s disease by the way I try not to let it define me though…) Might be better than staying in bed for 16 hours straight pretending I’m existing in the void… thoughts?
Thanks to #chronicillness I have meltdowns all the time. I try not to but sometimes it just can't be helped. Living with #autoimmunediseases can be a struggle. #spoonie #findacure

Douglas Adams stated it best. Humanity is like water in a puddle. Water takes the shape of its environment, but unfortunately, humanity is stupid. They believe the environment took to their shape instead. Thus, the birth of religion and all the shit that came with it.

The Anatomy of Deception a novel of suspense by Lawrence Goldstone was this for me. It is a fascinating historical fiction that sent me deep diving into the link between developing science, grave robbing, and murder. #📚💙
