About a month ago I was in the hospital for a Gall Bladder removal. Since then I've ate very healthy.
I'm 28 lbs down and 100% acceptable range blood sugar for 2 weeks straight.

About a month ago I was in the hospital for a Gall Bladder removal. Since then I've ate very healthy.

So I spent most of this week in the hospital due to gal stones. Got some procedures done, including the removal of a "very angy gal bladder".
I'm at home, surrounded by family and looking for a hopefully uncomplicated recovery.
Shoutout to Beef broth, your savory notes got me through this week.
