I know the Olympics are awful for many reasons and I know I’m a hypocrite for even watching, but I really love downhill skiing. And Cortina is gorgeous.

This was not surprising but still hard to watch.

Got my car stuck at the end of my driveway and partially in the road as I was heading to work. A guy in a big truck stopped and asked if I needed a tow, to which I said, "uh, yeah".
Guy proceeded to hook tow straps to my car and pull it back enough for me to do some shoveling and be on my way.

I subscribed. My understanding is that Alaska is somewhat a world of its own as far as rules and regulations go, but there are many valuable lessons to be learned that are applicable to any region.
