Mon coach m'a trouvé une place à l' #hyrox Bordeaux (en duo mixte). Sur le moment j'ai failli dire non. Trop vieille (54 ans), trop dur... Et puis j'ai réalisé un truc : on n'a qu'une vie et elle est courte. Et lui me dit que j'ai le niveau, alors... l'entrainement commence la semaine prochaine 💪

Spoon Hammer is 50% of Dichroma. And that (less talented) half decided to try his hand at an alternative-acoustic syle record while work continues on the next Dichroma release.
In two weeks, Spoon Hammer's 'Than To Curse the Darkness' will be released.
A collection of 11 'acoustic' based songs, which is the polar opposite of the the first Spoon Hammer album from 2023 which was mostly industrial/metal/noise.
