Of course the first album I listen to is an acoustic one! 😆
This is very good; stylistically I'd say it's a kind of gothic Folk. Lyrics would work in Black or DoomMetal as well. Very mellow and relaxed atmosphere.

Well, I think I'm about ready to put a wrap on the 'acoustic' EP that I've been working on since September. 11 songs completed, so it's no longer an EP 🤣.
Just need to add bass to one track and then I can look at releasing it soon.

It seems that about 70% of my recording time is spent cleaning up tracks, fixing timing and comping.

So I pushed myself to write a song that was about something positive and it was the hardest thing I ever tried to write. I guess I'm just more naturally inclined to be a downer for my music.
