Very normal about this card
The card "Vampire's Kiss" from Magic the Gathering. The art depicts a person with their neck exposed, a red lipstick mark left along their neck that is bleeding from two pin holes on their side. A vampire grins behind them. Oh and i guess the card does some stuff too, makes a blood token, drains for 2 life. Look, the art's the focus here okay. Be normal.
