Beyond the fact that Camel soup is really just an American company - despite what they tried to convince Canadians they are - this is yet another reason why I would steer clear. Better yet, I'd rather support my Canadian farmers and just make my own soup. It's not that hard.

RULE OF THUMB STARTING JANUARY 2025:
Trust anything that Trump says is a lie & the opposite is true.
E.g.
I wasn't with Epstein at all. (Photos prove he was with Epstein all the time.)

I have nothing to do with Project 2025. (Everything he has done since January was identified in the document.)

Interesting! I'm listening to a PC MP explain why they're voting against the budget. Apparently, we have all these new "crises" we're facing now - that the budget doesn't address. FYI Those "crises" have been there since the Harper era. PP & the Conservatives did nothing to elevate them back then.

This is the way a world leader should be acting.
Nice to see genuine warmth of a President not seeking anything in return or griping about something.

I'm tired of hearing people whine about what they're not getting out of the budget. I'm part of the 8% single Canadians who've been overlooked in every budget for the past 30 yrs. I pay for benefits to families, seniors, youth, etc... if you are one of them, please shut up & let the PM do his job.

I cannot tell you how gleefully happy I am that I chose to move 3 years ago from Alberta. I highly recommend teachers to get the hell out of Dodge in Alberta and move anywhere else in Canada. Yes, the kids are going to suffer but it is at the hands of the Alberta authoritarian government.

The logic of the order for an ostrich cull at a BC farm-destroying otherwise healthy birds despite not showing any signs of bird flu infection at this time-is as ridiculous as saying that anyone infected with Covid a year ago should be killed to protect the health of uninfected people & animals.

That's classic talk of a dictator. Talk with fear mongering, make the opposition the enemy and then talk about how, if everyone follows him, they'll never have to worry about voting again. That's an intention to stay in power forever, not for 3 more years. If I were an American, I'd be very worried.

It is literally showing the attack on Free speech. One unarmed protester versus how many? 15 armed agents. Deplorable. This should be circulated around the world showing the kind of treatment that Americans are being given at the hands of Trump's people. This is the land of the free?
Excessive force. PERIOD!

They called them “violent mobs,” but the violence came from the guys with badges and body armor.

📌 Keep sharing videos, everyone, because they’re evidence.

When conservatives are in power, they tell us we need to control spending & there's no extra money to accommodate people's "wants". Today, the Carney budget outlined investment to strengthen Canada's future but didn't have much for what people want now. The conservatives are complaining. How ironic.

I have no appetite for another election in Canada. Anyone responsible knows that there's a time when you have to buckle your belt & suffer through hard times in order for it to get easier again. We, as Canadians, must realize that we'll have to make sacrifices now to improve Canada's future.

Someone should investigate... Why were the Blue Jays pitchers so bad tonight? They were awful... It's a shame because the boys in the field worked their asses off. Just felt like Game 7 was rigged for the Dodgers to win... The only thing that could be controlled was to pitch terribly.

I’m very very clear eyed that nobody is going to be 100% thrilled with this budget— myself included.

BUT— I’m also very clear eyed we need to make sacrifices in the short term to have a long term future for Canadians because the world has REALLY changed.

Yet another ironic moment with Mr Trump - he insists to Americans that he does not think he is a king and then happily accepts a crown from South Korea. If I were South Korean, I'd be pretty damn upset about that.

So proud of Alberta students today. I taught for a total of 8 yrs in AB & was involved in 2 contracts. We chose to not ask for an increase in favor of asking for more resources for students & smaller class sizes. Over 8 yrs, it never happened. Nothing. I left in 2022. Teachers in AB deserve better.
