I really love seeing what everyone has knit (and is knitting)! 😍

The yarns are KP palette. A pair of handknit socks in green with purple and orange accents. No pattern, it's a basic vanilla cuff down sock with stockinette heel flap. Yarn is Sock-Ease in the sour ball colorway. A person wearing yellow handknit socks with a spider motif on the back of the ankle. The point of view is from the back of the foot/ankle. Pattern is a basic 2x2 ribbed sock with only the spider motif taken from Spider Socks by Terri Knight, and placed on the back of the leg. From the front they're just ribbed socks. :)

My motivation to teach myself to knit, was specifically to knit socks! And, 12 years later I've knit ~125 pairs. It's my jam.

Dramatically up your stripe game by using yarns that have long color changes (zauberball, chroma, mille colori, kroy FX, etc)!

You can even use just one colorway and work the stripes using opposite ends of the same ball.

Who remembers Felici SPORT? Discontinued about a dozen years ago. I find the fingering so-so, but miss the sport! Same goes for Stroll sport. ::sigh::
