Walked to the shop earlier. Brought a bag of coal back on my wheelie truck and the exertion knocked me for six. 😵💫
Hopefully the food will give me my energy back. I have a big week ahead and need to be fighting fit. 🥊

I'm still very unwell 🤒 but I think I might survive now. The vomiting appears to be over. I just have no strength after a day of no food.
