Can you put laminate on top of relatively level grout with forgiveness from underlay, or do I need to chip off all the grout or screed over it?

Apparently Jan Hendrik Wessels has been banned for 9 weeks for grabbing Connacht loose forward Murphy in the genitals (which caused him to retaliate and he got a red card himself).
Terrible from Wessels. Boks have worked hard to fight the dirty allegations for years, this puts us back.
