Hold the doom n gloom for a minute… Happy time again…! This might be the prettiest sourdough loaf I’ve ever made no idea if it turned out yet though, lol! It’s a croissant sourdough….might have added a bit too much butter since it was swimming in it when I took it out….fingers crossed!!!
